Muko Bike Tour 2018

On 18th of August 2018 on the streets around Bocholt over 85 km with 450 participants. The net proceeds from the jersey and launch site sales will be donated to 100% for the good cause. Also this year, celebrities from sports, entertainment and politics take part in the tour.

 

Procedere

On 18 August 2018, at 10:30 am, the starting signal will be given to Rose Biketown in Bocholt.

After 28 km there is the first break around 12:20 clock at the castle Raesfeld with pastries and fruit. 23 km further there is a stop in Barlo at Wissing-Flitzenberg, where for the further 20 km strength is fueled. Shortly before the finish line, there is another meal break in Anholt, then the last 15 km are on the program.

In all breaks there are snacks and drinks, as well as a supporting program

 

Was is cystic fibrosis? 

Cystic fibrosis is an incurable hereditary disease. A genetic defect in the metabolism is disturbed, which results in all the body's secretions being produced thickened - tough mucus sticks together eg. the lungs or the pancreas. Often the air is lacking to breathe. We would like to support the German Society for the Promotion of Cystic Fibrosis in researching the disease in order to make it curable at some point.
